Dezhong (Beijing) Energy Saving Technology Co. Ltd will build three plants in the Primorye Territory in the Russian Far East, Zr-Press News reported on Feb. 10.

The Chinese company will construct a pharmaceutical plant, water bottling plant and an insulating material plant, according to the report. 

Moscow is courting investment to its Far Eastern regions from China, which shares a 4209-kilometer border with Russia.
