Moscow will be hosting the 2013 Global Law and Investment Forum from June 6th to the 7th at the Baltschug Kempinski. The forum will provide a series of educational programs and seminars on global law issues and investment topics.
Top legal and investment experts from across the globe and Russia will brief on the latest trends and developments with focus on Russian inbound and outbound investments through offshore structures connected to Asia, Europe and the USA.
Further topics will include the opportunities and challenges in commerce and real estate investments, valuable insight into taxation regimes, resident permits, global compliance issues such as transfer pricing rules, anti-corruption practices, and liabilities for directors and executives.
Furthermore, we will study the controversial topic of the so-called foreign agent laws in Russia and the USA, and training courses in English law and U.S. contract drafting.
