On March 27, 2015 the International Congress "Open Russia" under the slogan "Period of change is a time of opportunities!" will take place in the International Trade Center.
The event organizers are: Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Foreign Economic Activity Assistance and Agency of Economic Cooperation and Development under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Under conditions of alterations in the economic situation it is obvious that everybody has to conform to new business environment. Undoubtedly foreign sanctions and restrictions, as well as crisis in a global economy, will impact the development of Russian economy: but after all, the situation gives a chance to change the domestic policy and strengthen the mode of internal mobilization.
It is necessary to search for new approaches to development, work out exclusive business management strategies, and seize opportunities of new realities.
The Congress program includes: plenary session, best practice keynote sessions on the topics most important for cooperation: import substitution, large-scale projects of integrated land use, planning and development, expansion into new markets, strategies for development of efficient partnership and investment cooperation with the BRICS countries, formation of industrial parks, construction, infrastructure development, development of transport and logistic system, customs regulation, meeting of entrepreneurs in B2B format and other items.
Russian Federation government officials, representatives of international financial and economic organizations, investment companies, international public organizations and embassies, heads of small and medium business enterprises, experts and analysts, etc. are invited to take part in the event.
