Pikeperch on the grill

it’s still the dacha season so today we’re going to make pikeperch on the grill

Pikeperch is very common in central Russia. This fish is very tasty and easy to prepare.

1) Let's start by gutting the fish. Cut and take out the innards, then give the inside a rinse. Now rub in some salt and pepper with dry herbs, and add dill and parsley inside.

2) To stop the fish from sticking to the grill, it’s a good idea to grease with butter. Put the pikeperch over the coals.

3) All done! Let’s take him out. For the side, we’ve boiled some young potatoes and chopped a few tomatoes and cucumbers. That’s the simplest garnish for fresh fish.
