We spent a day with Hugh, an Irishman who found his second home in Moscow. He moved to the Russian capital six years ago. The hazy weather doesn't scare him; it probably reminds him of his homeland. As many expats do, Hugh runs an English-teaching school. Despite his formidable experience behind the wheel, Hugh was shocked by the manner of driving in Russia "When I first came to Moscow I thought that I'd never drive in this city," he confessed. But as you can see in the end, he pulled through!
