Moscow Technical College 21's Special Workshops give adults with mental development challenges an education and profession. This is the first college in Russia to receive permission to train these individuals in several professions: ceramics, carpentry, printing, textiles and floriculture. They receive diplomas and can find work after four years of training. Some are capable of providing for and living by themselves.
