Boiled crawfish, a perfect beer snack

Be warned: this show is not for the faint-hearted!

Today we’re going to make a great summer snack: boiled crawfish. However, be warned: this show is not for the faint-hearted, because the crawfish are still alive!

They can be cooked on the grill or baked in the oven with sauce, but today we’ll opt for the simplest version: how to make boiled crawfish. Cooking crawfish consists of a number of simple steps: put some parsley, dill, onion, bay leaf and peppercorns in the boiling water. Now add salt. And put the crawfish in. Crawfish do very quickly - in 10-15 minutes. Two indications that they're ready: first, they become red. Second, the tail is twisted, and if you try to unroll it, it instantly rolls back.
