Skolkovo signs partnership agreement with Singapore-based hardware accelerator

Skolkovo and HaxAsia will start a joint acceleration program for hardware projects in Moscow and Singapore

The Skolkovo Foundation signed a partnership agreement with Singapore-based hardware accelerator HaxAsia to start a joint acceleration program for hardware projects in Moscow and Singapore, Deal Street Asia reported.

The program aims to develop the projects from prototypes to ready-for-market, to lead them to the stage of pilot or mass production and to bring them to the crowdfunding platforms IndieGoGo and Kickstarter, the website cited Skolkovo as saying

HaxAsia can invest directly in up to 15 chosen resident projects from Skolkovo, with total volume of investment of $700,000, according to the report.
