The jewelry company Caviar unveiled a mobile phone devoted to Russia’s president, the company announced on its website (in Russian).

Nokia 3310 Supermo Putin has a titanium case covered with 24-carat gold, and a bas-relief with Putin’s face, as well as a quote from the Russian national anthem.

The keys are made of ceramic, and the Russian state emblem is engraved on the center button. The phone case is made of tempered bulletproof BT 23 titanium. The price is 99,000 rubles, the equivalent of $1,700.

In the first half of the 2000s, the Finnish-made Nokia 3310 was one of the world’s best-selling phones, eventually achieving global sales of about 126 million units. It was especially popular in Russia.
