U.S. model and actress Pamela Anderson will sell a dance and a life buoy during a charity auction in Vladivostok on Sept. 3.

According to the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the auction will be held within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum.

Anderson, who founded an animal protection foundation, was invited to participate in the forum by Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergei Donskoi. The two will also meet to discuss issues related to the ministry's interactivity with international environment protection organizations and their role in solving ecological problems.

The revenues from the auction sale will go toward the fight against poaching, illegal fisheries and animal trade on the internet, as well as towards projects dedicated to ecological education in the Russian Far East.
