49-year-old St. Petersburg actress and musician Svetlana Isaeva is the mother of two children. She is fairly new to beauty contests: a year ago she took part in the Mrs. St. Petersburg Classic and Mrs. Russia Classic competitions for women over 40. Now she is heading to Bulgaria to represent Russia at Mrs. Universe Classic-2019.
On the eve of the event, Svetlana told Russia Beyond that victory is important not for her personally, but to show that every woman can do likewise.
Svetlana readily shares the secret of her youthful beauty, insisting that it doesn’t take bags of money to look a million dollars:
1. Smile
2. Don’t get angry
3. Eat little, work hard
4. Go for walks (get a dog if necessary)
5. Love life and don’t be grumpy
6. Live in the here and now, never in the past
7. Get enough sleep
8. Love and be loved
