Ingredients (for 1 portion):
20 g boiled beet
20 g boiled carrot
3 g spring onion
80 g boiled sushi rice
1 g (1 sheet) nori
45 g smoked mackerel
20 g gherkins
1 g chopped dill
25 g boiled eggs
For the sauce:
15 g mustard
15 g mayonnaise
For decoration:
1 bamboo leaf
Borodinskiy bread crumbs
Mustard
Marinated onion
20 g Boiled beet
1 g chopped dill
25 g boiled eggs
How to make it:
1. Put the Ingredientst at the nori sheet in this order:
Rice (it should be warm)
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Beet
Gherkins
Mackerel
2. Roll in Borodinskiy breadcrumbs.
3. Cut off the edges of the roll, then slice.
4. Add mustard, beet, marinated onion and mixture of chopped eggs, dill and mayonnaise to decorate your sushi rolls.
