Fashion Futurum international conference

On March 16-17 over 30 world fashion industry leaders from 12 countries will meet in the very center of Moscow to discuss contemporary trends and main challenges of the industry. During Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia the Central Exhibition Hall Manege will become the heart of the primary innovative fashion technologies.

The international conference Fashion Futurum was successfully initiated last year by the Russian Fashion Council with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Department of Culture in Moscow. This time the conference will be dedicated to the fashion industry transformation due to the scientific and technical revolution. During panels, sessions, roundtables and workshops leading experts of the industry will speak of how the new media and glossy magazines are confronting each other, how the consumer behavior is changing, will consider e-commerce features, environment-oriented fashion and other global tendencies in the fashion industry.

Together with the Skolkovo Innovation Center and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives the Russian Fashion Council has established the Challenge for Innovative Fashion Startups.
