Russian Federal Agency for Tourism to take part in The New York Times Travel Show 2017 and to showcase its travel destinations and FIFA World Cup 2018 host cities.

Russia has always been an interesting travel destination for travellers from around the globe, including those living in North America. And with two major soccer events taking place in Russian cities – the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 and the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 – Russian tourism authorities want U.S. tourists to get to know more about various regions of the country and experiences they have to offer.

Russian Federation is a place with a tremendous historical, cultural, natural and religious heritage. Different regions of the country not only offer “beaten” tourist routes but develop new interesting itineraries and tourism spheres – ecological, ethnographical, gastronomic, extreme, etc. Russia has an ambitious goal of dramatically increasing the tourist flow.

Furthermore, on January 28, 2017 at 14:00 at meeting room 1E14 Russian Federal Agency for Tourism and national tourism office VISIT RUSSIA hold a presentation of Russia as a travel destination.

The presentation features:
