The Russian Defense Ministry has released video footage of ground units and various military hardware in training, including film of troops using the new advanced Ratnik infantry kit. The footage was shot during various military drills.

The video features infantry, artillery and sapper personnel as well reconnaissance, tank and army air force units.

At the end of the clip viewers can see the first-ever footage of servicemen completing an assault course while wearing the Ratnik kit. The outfit consists of a dozen subsystems enabling personnel to operate at any time of night and day and in any weather conditions.
